USES
Add a few drops to water to take internally or rub on the stomach before flying or taking a road trip to reduce motion sickness. Diffuse during car rides to sooth motion suckness.
Rub on hands and inhale deeply to manage motion sickness.
Take at the first sign of indigestion or heartburn.
Have DigestZen on hand when enjoying heavy holiday meals to promote digestion.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your
choice.
Internal Use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl oz of liquid.
